FINE LARGE INDOPERSIAN KHANJAR

Iron hilt with the silver koftgari decoration of scrolling tendrils surrounding stylized flower buds. The blade base with silver overlay matching. Medially ridged recurved blade with thickened armor piercing point, just a hair under 12” in length. The entire dagger is about half again as large as those usually found. Blade crisp with some superficial speckles only. The silver decoration wears on the pommel crest only and with slight scabbard wear to the blade base panels.
