Among the most vicious of these which were forge in religious fervor to penetrate the red coats of British soldiers. 16 ¾” length with medially ridged barbed base point on a twisted bolster with chisel raised barbs. Integral opened seam conical socket pierced for a securing pin. Excellent condition with the forged finish preserved intact. Detached heads were brought back by British soldiers as they were limited in the length of souvenirs by the size of their packs.
