Probably Kuba and showing the fine workmanship identified with the Kuba. See African Weapons, Fischer & Zirngibl, #284 for a very similar example with wider blade identified as Kuba(Bangoli). Ex: the Baptist Missionary Society Collection sold in London in the 1980’s. The collection was formed in the late 19th century and this example was of considerable age when collected.
