Rare all iron example with wedge section blades and integrally forged iron grip with indented stops emulating the brass stops which typically separated the bone or wood grip scales 7" in length. Found in the Lautertal Valley, Bavaria, the road to the Holy Land from Western Europe. Only all iron examples we have seen. Good preservation.
