Massive size 14 ¾ Gilt bronze, deeply rounded section. 2.9mm band width. Made by casting with a central core to distribute the molten copper, which was then laboriously removed, leaving the tool line. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword. Extraordinary size for these.
