These accords specifically with Typology of Fire Starters from the Viking Age Norway (http://sagy.vikingove.cz/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Norwegian-fire-strikers.pdf) first example, which the author states "The most common type of Norwegian fire strikers, identified as Rygh 426, "almost one-third of all finds comes from the 10th century". This example is just over 2 3/8” (2.39”) in length of good form with delicately scrolled terminals and of superior preservation. With Plexiglas display easel.
