Forged iron 7 1/4" overall. Fine form blade with a slightly upturned acutely angled point. Whittle tang for seating in a bone or antler grip. Of thin section for optimum handling speed. Combination of a slashing and thrusting weapon. Distinguished from its contemporary working knives by the thickness of the blades and the absence of edge loss to sharpening which is always found on work knives. Finely made and elegant form. Excellent excavated condition.
