ROMAN TREASURE BOX KEY 100-350 AD

$115.00

Imperial Period. Iron, just over 1” length with wedge section angle bit as found on Roman key rings. The back as a spatulate grip. These and legitimate key rings were used to open the jewelry/treasure boxes of the wealthy. Roman society was divided by classes including about 20-30% slaves. Very few had treasure (mostly jewelry).
