Two pieces, second to fourth century AD. Lead spindle whorl, 7/8” diameter inscribed with a saw tooth motif. In this weight, it would have been used for spinning heavy thread or string as wool. Plus, Roman blue glass cabochon, just under ¾” diameter. A pseudo gem stone to decorate furniture, chariot or horse harness. Two pieces.
