Rare Crusader's Prick Spur


12th-13th century, 3rd-9th crusades. Iron, 5 1/2" length with frame shaped to the heal. The terminals with strap slots. Short prick with swelled medial and conical terminal. Excavated with oxidation intrusion revealing its wrought iron structure. Complete, sound and professionally conserved.
