Gilt bronze, size 11 with 2.4mm flat faced band expanding slightly to the shoulders. Raised cubical bezel with line border and central figure of the Zoroastrian Fire Altar, represented schematically as typical. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.53.  Zoroastrianism was the religion of ancient Persia through the Parthian and Sasanian Empires until the Muslim conquest. Excellent preservation.  Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored with certification of authenticity, and gift boxed.
