9 ½” wedge section blade of slightly curved form, tool finished and decorated with a serpentine and cross motif with inscription to the base, each side. Brass sheathed hilt tapered through the grip with asymmetrical lobed pommel, decorated throughout in stylized foliage and spiral motifs. Excellent with fine patina.
