A fashion ring for a lady of middle class with 2.4mm rounded face band. The upper half comprising a heart flanked by “bound bunches” as was used harvesting stalk crops. That symbol, like a rotated bow tie, was used extensively on Roman military sword belts as decoration and protection. In combination with the heart, a Viking symbol, two histories combine suggesting an English origin. Surface textured from burial, the 24karat gold restored. and restored with 24karat gold surface. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
