Mughal,17th-18th century. 29 3/4” length. Heavy iron head swelling from the base to a conical point. Cane shaft with green lacquered fletch area securing the wood nock. restored. Used on high fortifications, some many hundreds of feet high, these were shot down, the weighted heads adding to the energy on impact and making them useless for firing back in return.
