Last quarter of 19th century. 28 7/8” Slightly curved broad fullered blade with a distinct clipped point. Brass hilt marked twice, E& F H for E & F Horster company of Solingen Germany, founded in 1850. Four additional maker’s marks. Wire wrapped black composition grip excellent and complete. The leather thumb ring intact as well. Good clean example from that historic (Wilhelm/Bismarck) period.
