28 3/4" slightly curved broad fullered blade with the maker, EISENHAUER in a ribbon opposite DAMAST STHAL (damask steel) with crowned eagle and foliage. The back with MOHR & SPEYER BERLIN retailer’s name. Faded gold to the decoration. The balance of the blade with blue turned to brown and slight frosty oxidation. Excellent quality hilt with crossed sabers and lances to the langet, iron cross to the knuckle bow, and lion’s head pommel. Wire wrapped composition grip with two hairline cracks to the covering at the heel, but sound and complete.
