Early English Dr. Wall first period Worcester chinoiserie cup and saucer both decorated in blue on an off white ground. Both pieces are decorated with the chinoiserie motif known as Fences with an Asian landscape with a house, a fenced in garden and flowers with two large geese flying overhead. Both cup and saucer are marked on the underside with the crescent moon mark used before 1783 during Dr. Wall's period at Worcester. In very good used condition as shown. 2 5/8‰۝ and 4 å?‰۝ diameter.
