Fine Saracen Archer's Ring 12th-13th Century


Type described by Nicolle as type widely used by the Saracens. Smaller with the back decorated in hatch work. Underside release slightly thickened for better engagement of the string. Fine patina and crisp decoration. The upper edge with a tiny chip or irregularity, probably as made.
