6 1/4” total length. The straight wedge section s.e. blade made for slashing and thrusting. The right side struck with a small maker’s mark, a circle with a cross. Squared shoulder to seat in a cast bronze grip. Tapered whittle tang. No evidence of sharpening as would be on a utility or work knife. Superior preservation for the period.
