Probably French. See Swords and Blades of the American Revolution, Neumann, #205.S for a similar example. Guard, knuckle bow and pommel all pierced in lattice work. The quillon block with central oval chiseled with a flower on gold ground. Wire wrapped grip. 31 ¾” hollow faced triangular blade.  Probably served in the French and Indian War.
