ENGLISH EXPORT CREAMER

$45.00

Mid-19th century. 6" length. Classic "boat" form which gave its name to the sword hilt popularized in the late 18th century. Milk white body with green chrysanthemum flowers, foliage and fine true gold sprigs. Expected slight wear to the foot but otherwise fine. Easily imagined on the table of an antebellum plantation house and made for that privileged market.
