54 ½” length. Cane haft scraped and blackened with one section, presumably the grip area, decorated with incised hound’s tooth bands. Sinuous split cane wrapped  socket. Palm wood point elaborately and finely carved in ranks of four barbed segments, blackened and completely intact. The slender tip complete as well. Tiny paint smudges for old wall mounting in pre electric days.
