CRUSADER’S BELT KNIFE, EARLY 14th CENTURY

Early 14th century. Just under 10” length. Relatively thin slashing blade with straight back. Large integral grip stop panels. Narrow tang for slender wood or antler scale grips. Excellent excavated condition with patches of the original surface on the blade.
