Bronze, in two identically shaped pieces, sandwiching the leather belt tip and secured with rivets. About 1 7/8” length. The top piece with double bands of raised dot borders. The rivet remaining and very rarely, the leather tip of the belt remains within. Lightly encrusted green throughout. Celtic sword belts were baldrics, slung over the shoulder. They did not wear waist belts.
