Classic royal hunting lodge mount on hand carved Black Forrest type wall mount. That style is also popularized on cuckoo clocks. 8” three prong antlers with attached skull segment showing nice symmetry and large for these. The mount hand carved as thick pruned branches with acorn clusters. Dating to the Fall hunts in Northern Europe which filled the larders of royal and noble owners for the Winter. All game was the property of the Noble class and commoners were not allowed to hunt. Wonderful old Europe charm.
