Gilt hilt with folding side guard modeled and pierced with the Bavarian lion and shield. Wire wrapped black composition grip. 32” piped back blade with large ribbon on foliage displaying motto IN TREUE FEST. Plating intact with smooth light freckling.  Inner guard with virtually all original gold finish. The outside with heavy gold in protected areas.
