Size 9+, nominally as the band is oval and medially ridged, 4.1mm flaring to the shoulders. The bezel as a trapezoid with raised lugs at the vertices. Broad raided edges and a central figure of addorsed  truncated triangles. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.93 for another example. A ring of Viking descent after the conversion in the late 12th century. The embellishment may be Viking symbolism, much of which carried on after the introduction of Christianity. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored.
