Standard pattern and excellent example with 32 5/8" curved broad fullered blade with Weyersburg, Kirschbaum & Co maker’s mark at the forte.  Blade decorated with foliage, military trophies, and crowned arms with lion rampant, indicating ownership by a Styrian officer. Styria is the second largest state in Austria. The brass hilt of standard pattern. Excellent wire wrapped sharkskin covered grip and retains its original leather thumb loop.
