Silver as made, not plated. Charm size, just under ½” height plus the loop. The heart in its natural (uncusped) form as often represented, with pointed bottom. Slightly domed section with recessed back. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, and integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Natural as found on an 18” Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Exceptional condition.
