Iconic elongated waisted heart form with a finely incised heart, matching for form and beaded border. A heart within a heart! The side indents with nubs. Over 3/4” in height. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored on a gilt Sterling silver 18" neck chain for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
