Exceptional example. Bronze 1 3/4" length. Bow fibula with cross banded arch. The body formed as a leaf with hand-engraved detail. Pin seat intact. The fibula was the original "safety pin" used to securely wrap around Garments before the use of buttons and served as a fashion accessory as well. Well preserved with good detail.
