Kalahari Desert (Botswana). 25 3/4” total length. Unfletched cane shaft with self nock, plant fiber lashed socket (raveled). Forged iron head with small leaf shaped point on which poison was deposited. 4 pairs of barbs to the tang. The socket with plant fiber lashing stabilized in antiquity with cellophane tape.
