Each 8” x 13”. Well forged, each in three simulated lames with double accent lines and rounded edges. Original border rivets securing remnants of the leather liner bands. Decorative brass rivets. The original holes for attachment of the leather suspension straps with peened rivets, easily removed for remounting. Small damage to one upper edge and a lamination seam to the same tasset. 30 Years War period and English Civil War in which much ordnance from the earlier war was reused.
