Variant of a well known form illustrated in Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.140, 1st and 2nd images. Those both illustrate example with a flaming heart and an anchor. The flaming heart is the Catholic Sacred Heart, though the author fails to mention that, popular since the 17th century. This example is embellished with the Sacred Heart along side a similar heart with cross top The Immaculate Heart of Mary. The flat band is 3.9mm wide, dividing at the shoulder forming a Y shaped support.  Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored and jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
