Provincial example evidently combining elements of pagan belief with Christian symbolism. Over ¾” (0.81”) plus the original suspension chain. Stylized cross form with slightly flared short, symmetrical beams. The center with a circular figure of serpentine form, perhaps an anthropomorphic representation of the moon (Mani). Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored and mounted to an 18” gilt Sterling silver neck chain for modern wear. It comes with certification of authenticity, and gift box.
