Well forged, just over 3 3/8" (3.43”) length. Kite form point, slightly medially ridged, the tip moderately thickened to pierce the leather and cloth armor of the period. Made for war against fully protected opponents. Expanded base to seat in the shaft and tapered tang. Among the very diverse forms of arrow which evolved in the Viking culture spanning 3 centuries and vast territories. Distinct regional evolution worthy of some research.
