Over long head swelling slightly to the faceted conical point. The base, with a copper and brass band or ferrule, inlaid with a silver edged copper circle identifying the owner. Used on high fortifications, some many hundreds of feet high, these were shot down, the weighted heads adding to the energy on impact and making them useless for firing back in return. From a traveling archery exhibition dispersed about 10 years ago upon the death of its owner.
