Edo Period, C.1750-1800. 40 3/4” length. Cane shaft with horn nock. Yanagiha (willow leaf) form point. See Glossary of the Decoration, Construction and Use of Arms and Armor, Stone fig.862.  Brown goose fletching with two flights tattered. Well preserved example of a war arrow made to penetrate samurai armor.
