4 ½” height plus the fringe. Finely beaded on brown probably faded from purple) velvet base. These were made by Michigan, New York and Ontario Indians (Mic Mac and Chippewa) in the early century for the tourist trade. This is the front for a pin cushion on which the owner could have attached a padded satin back, but it was purchased and preserved in this original state. Complete and no damage.
