One piece palm heartwood with oval section grip with a swelled junction to the demi lozenge form blade. 24 1/2" length. Good mottled patina. C.1850. Sago is tapioca like starch food. Ex. Haggerty Museum of Art, Milwaukee with an identification tag attached.
