Riha type B4 (Die romischen Fibeln aus Augst und Kaiseraugst) with tubular spring sleeve. Bronze, 1 1/2‰۝ length of elegant form, probably for a lady‰۪s garment. High-arched bow with the transversely reeded terminal. The fibula is the original safety pin, used to fasten garments and serve as decorative jewelry as well. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
