Forged iron, 3 5/8” length. The back formed as a flint striker. Wedge section resulting in the inside being knife edged so the splinters to serve as tinder could be cut. The circular terminals also thinned and could serve as screw drivers for changing gun flints. Thin section throughout to minimize weight for traveling. Only such example we have seen.
