$775.00

Forged iron in 5 pieces with 8 1/8” circular seat enclosing three spear point rests which finish as curled foot support legs. Used to support a pot, pan, wafer maker, or other device for cooking in a fireplace as was the custom for Pilgrims and early settlers. See Furniture Treasury, Nutting #3917. Stable encrusted surface.
