Very rare example. The only other example we found was in the Metropolitan Museum of Art Collection: Met Museum. 5 ½” length with droplet shaped body in two pieces, burl and straight grained, secured by pins. Twisted wire wrapped neck and pewter spout. Original stopper attached with copper chain. Made for the beautiful matchlocks (satingars) of Indo-Portuguese form.
