Indopersian, 17th-early 18th century. 28 1/2” length. Cane shaft and wood nock cord binding (a little loose).  No fletching as is typical. Matching wrap to the tip end. Conical iron point. An arrow designed for killing unprotected (un armored) civilians as in sieges. Its light weight facilitated flight over the battlements and inflicting wounds often leading to death by infection.
