C.1900. Iron, finely forged in a tight spiral from the center to both ends which are secured in addorsed knots. Over 2 ¼” inside dimension and wearable. Used by shamans (herbalists) for healing. Iron was considered to have supernatural powers and iron smiths were feared outcasts.
