28 ½” length with barbed base medially ridged blade and cylindrical socket with three roped bands.  Medium to heavy oxidation overall. See An Illustrated Handbook of the Indian Arms and those of Nepal, Burma, Thailand  and Malaya, Egerton, p.79 #28 for another example identified as Vizianagaram. Vizianagaram is a city and the headquarters of the Vizianagaram district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh on the Bay of Bengal.
