Iron, from a war arrow. 3” length, three vein form (“triangular”) with spread foot for seating to the shaft and thick tapered tang. Made to penetrate the leather armor of the period. See European Arrowheads and Crossbow Bolts, Rau, p.83 top.  Sound excavated condition.
