Second half of the 13th century. Seventh through the ninth Crusade which was fought largely by French (7th and 8th crusade) and English (9th). 8 5/8" length. Wedge section blade, unmarked. Exposed edge tang with a gromet for suspension cord and small piece of original antler grip scale. Good excavated condition with fine profile.
