Probably saw Ottoman Turkish use. 9 ½” barrel, octagonal at the breech round, slightly tapering to the muzzle. The top marked GIO LORENZI. Flat plate lock with swan neck cock, decorated in hound’s tooth borders. Brass furniture with silver blade front sight. Iron ramrod. Walnut full stock with raised foliate carving. Uniform wear consistent with its age and use.
